      Welcome to Pod Loučkou, s.r.o.. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

      1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

      By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

      2. PRICING AND CURRENCY

      • All prices listed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

      • We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price will remain fixed for that transaction.

      3. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) TERMS

      Since we utilize Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method for Malaysia:

      • Payment Obligation: By placing a COD order, you commit to being present at the delivery address to pay the full amount in cash to the courier.

      • No Pre-payment Inspection: As per courier regulations in Malaysia, customers are not allowed to open the parcel before the payment is made. You are protected by our 14-Day Refund Policy if there are issues after opening.

      • Order Confirmation: We may contact you via Phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.

      4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

      You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information (especially your Phone Number and Shipping Address). We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect contact information provided by the customer.

      5. DELIVERY AND OWNERSHIP

      • We aim to deliver parcels within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, delays may occur due to courier peak seasons or remote locations.

      • Ownership of the product passes to you only after full payment is made to the courier personnel.

      6. ORDER REJECTION & BLACKLISTING

      We take "Fake Orders" and "Malicious Rejections" seriously.

      • If a customer repeatedly refuses to accept COD parcels without a valid reason, we reserve the right to black-list the customer's phone number and address from future purchases.

      • Any delivery costs incurred by us due to intentional refusal may be recorded.

      7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

      Pod Loučkou, s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.

      8. GOVERNING LAW

      These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, while complying with applicable consumer protection regulations in Malaysia.
