Refund & Return Policy

At Pod Loučkou, s.r.o., we strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. To provide you with a transparent and worry-free shopping experience in Malaysia, we have established the following policy:

1. 14-DAY UNCONDITIONAL RETURN & EXCHANGE

We offer a 14-day unconditional return and exchange policy.

• You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for any reason.

• Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. All tags and accessories must be intact.

2. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) & INSPECTION POLICY

To ensure a smooth delivery process with our Malaysian courier partners (e.g., J&T, NinjaVan, DHL), please note:

• No Open-Box Inspection: According to courier regulations for COD parcels, customers are NOT permitted to open the package before making payment to the courier personnel.

• Protection First: Please pay the full amount to the courier to receive your parcel. If there are any issues with the product after opening, you are fully protected by our 14-day guarantee mentioned above.

3. FAST REFUND PROCESS (3 WORKING DAYS)

We understand that you want your money back quickly. Since payment was made via COD, we process refunds as follows:

• Method: Refunds will be issued via Local Bank Transfer to your designated Malaysian bank account (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, etc.).

• Timeline: Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process and complete your refund within 3 working days.

• Information Needed: Please provide your Bank Name, Account Holder Name, and Account Number to our customer service team.

4. RETURN SHIPPING

• Quality Issues: If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, we will cover all return shipping costs.

• Unconditional Return (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item for personal reasons (change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees to our local warehouse/designated address.
