      • Payment Before Opening: You must pay the full amount to the courier before you are allowed to open the parcel.

      • Our Guarantee: If you find any issues with the product after opening, you are fully protected by our 14-Day Unconditional Return Policy. We will handle your case immediately and provide a refund if necessary.

      5. REFUND PROCESS FOR COD ORDERS

      If you request a refund under our 14-Day policy:

      • Method: Since the original payment was cash, we will issue the refund via Local Bank Transfer to your Malaysian bank account.

      • Speed: We promise to process your refund within 3 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
