      At Pod Loučkou, s.r.o., we are pleased to offer 100% FREE SHIPPING on all orders across Malaysia. No minimum spend required.

      1. FREE SHIPPING NATIONWIDE

      We provide free delivery services to all states in:

      • West Malaysia (Semenanjung Malaysia)

      • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) - No hidden delivery charges.

      2. ORDER VERIFICATION (COD)

      For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

      • To ensure a smooth delivery and prevent failed attempts, our team may contact you via WhatsApp/SMS to verify your shipping address before the parcel leaves our warehouse.

      • Please respond to the verification message to avoid any delays in dispatching your order.

      3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

      • West Malaysia: 3 - 5 business days.

      • East Malaysia: 5 - 10 business days.

      • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

      4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) GUIDELINES

      • Exact Amount: Please prepare the exact cash amount as stated in your order confirmation for the courier personnel.

      • No Pre-payment Inspection: As per Malaysian courier regulations, parcels cannot be opened before payment. However, you are fully protected by our 14-Day Unconditional Return Policy after the payment is made.

      • Be Present: Our courier partner will call or SMS you on the day of delivery. If you are not available, please ensure a representative is present to receive and pay for the parcel.

      5. FAILED DELIVERY & REJECTIONS

      Since we provide Free Shipping, we cover the logistics costs for you.

      • We kindly ask our customers to be responsible for their orders.

      • If a parcel is rejected at the doorstep without a valid reason, it results in a significant loss for our small business. Repeated rejections may lead to the blacklisting of your phone number for future COD services.

      6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

      Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email/WhatsApp. You can track your parcel's journey through our website or the courier's official tracking page.
